Services
Below you will find a complete list of our patient services. Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.

Late Policy:
If you are 10 minutes late or more to your scheduled appointment with the doctor, we will need to reschedule your appointment to our next available appointment that works for you.

Missed Appointment Policy:
If you miss 3 appointments scheduled with a doctor, you will need to provide a deposit of the exam fee for each pet that is to come in. When you attend the scheduled appointment your deposit will be applied to the charges for your scheduled appointment. However, if you miss the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.

Wellness Exams

Annual physical examinations by one of our veterinarians detect early signs of potential problems before they become costly for you and painful for your pet. During your pet's comprehensive nose-to-tail exam, the veterinarian will listen to the heart and lungs, discuss oral hygiene and weight management, check skin and coat quality, and much more.

Consultations

We understand that sometimes clients feel more comfortable with more than one medical opinion. If you would like to schedule a consultation with one of our experienced veterinarians, we would be more than happy to review all prior medical history and create a modified health plan. If your pet is in need of a referral to a specialty service that is beyond our general practice (i.e. orthopedics, cardiology, dermatology, oncology, etc.), we will set you up with one of the many specialty clinics that best suits your pet's needs.

Vaccinations

As part of our mission to provide the highest quality care, we require all pets to have a relationship with one of our doctors prior to receiving any vaccines at our hospital. We provide all core vaccines for dogs and cats as well as elective vaccines that can be discussed and implemented based on you and your pet's lifestyle.

Canine vaccines: Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, CIV, Leptospirosis, Rattlesnake
Feline vaccines: 1-year & 3-year Feline Rabies*, FVRCP, FeLV

*All of our Feline Rabies vaccines are non-adjuvanted, meaning that the likelihood of developing a vaccine-induced sarcoma at the injection site is greatly reduced.
Diagnostics
Our hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that provides a wide variety of diagnostic tests.
Radiography
We provide the latest in digital radiography, giving our clients clearer images and instant results.
Ultrasonography
All of our doctors are trained in ultrasonography which can help in diagnosing your pet's illness by visualizing vital organs.
Laboratory tests
A full in-house laboratory gives us instant results for your pet. For other lab services, results are acquired in less than 24 hours and interpreted by your veterinarian.

Emergencies

Surgery

Our hospital is equipped with a sterile surgical suite to perform routine, non-emergency and emergency surgeries. This includes, but is not limited to - spays, neuters, mass removals, and laparotomies. In addition to traditional surgery with the use of a scalpel blade, our doctors perform surgical procedures with a CO2 laser. Scalpel blades can be substituted with laser for less pain, bleeding, and swelling during and after surgical procedures.
Emergency walk-ins and consultations are accepted until one hour before our closing time and when our doctors are able to accommodate them in their appointment schedule. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us and come in immediately. If possible, it is best to call prior to bringing in your pet so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency and our technicians can prepare for your pet ahead of time.

Hospitalization

Should your pet need it, our team of doctors and technicians can provide critical care and monitoring during daytime hours.
Dentistry
Just like us, pets need dental care. If the teeth are not routinely cared for, plaque and calculus will build up and lead to many health complications such as inflamed gums, bad breath, periodontal disease, tooth loss, and sometimes organ failure.

Our hospital has a separate surgical suite dedicated to performing anesthetic dental prophylaxis, AKA professional dental cleanings. During this anesthetic procedure, our doctors and highly trained dental technicians perform a thorough cleaning of your pet's teeth above and below the gum line. This is accomplished with the use of digital radiographs followed by scaling and polishing the teeth and use of a fluoride treatment and sealant application.

Alternative Therapies

Laser Therapy

Laser therapy is a wonderful treatment option for pets experiencing joint pain, inflammation, or other injuries. It provides a pain-free, surgery-free experience using wavelengths of light to stimulate the body's natural healing process.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a form of Eastern medicine that has been practiced both in humans and animals for thousands of years. It is a safe, non-invasive procedure involving the insertion of sterile needles into specific points on the body for a therapeutic effect. In combination with herbal medicine and food therapy, acupuncture is successful in treating many conditions such as joint pain, neurological disorders, allergies, and internal diseases (liver disease, diabetes, thyroid disorders, etc).
